A visitor management system your security guard will actually use
The guard picks who is at the gate — a guest, a cab, a Swiggy or Amazon delivery — chooses the flat and takes a photo. The resident gets a notification and approves or rejects from their phone.
Every entry and exit is logged with the time and photo, so the committee can see who came in, for which flat and when they left.
What you get
Photo at the gate: Capture the visitor’s photo from the guard’s phone camera or gallery.
Approve from the phone: The flat’s owner or tenant is notified instantly and taps Accept or Reject.
Deliveries & cabs: One-tap sources for Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, couriers, cabs and guests.
Check-in & check-out: Know who is inside the premises right now and how long they stayed.
Searchable visitor log: Look up any visit by flat, date or name — useful when something goes missing.
Regular staff: Maids, cooks and drivers carry a gate pass instead of being logged every day.
How it works
Security adds the visitor, picks the flat and takes a photo.
The resident gets an alert and approves or rejects.
The guard sees the answer at the gate and lets the visitor in — or not.
Check-out is recorded when the visitor leaves.
Questions about visitor management
Does the security guard need a separate app?
No. Guards sign in to HousingMS with the Security role, which shows only the visitor and complaint screens they need.
Can family members approve visitors?
Yes. Owners, tenants and registered family members of the flat can approve or reject visitors.
Is there a record of past visitors?
Yes. Every visit is stored with the photo, flat, time in and time out, and can be searched by the committee.
