The Basic plan is ₹22 per flat per month, billed annually (₹264 per flat per year) plus 18% GST. Every feature is included, with no set-up fee and no per-user charges, and you get 10 free set-up days before your one-year subscription starts. Large societies and management companies can ask for Enterprise pricing.

Does it work for co-operative housing societies (CHS) in Maharashtra?

Yes. You can charge sinking and repair funds as a percentage of construction cost, add non-occupancy charges only for rented flats, apply interest on late payment at your society’s rate (bye-laws allow up to 21% a year) or a fixed late fee, and issue NOCs on your society letterhead.

Can residents pay maintenance online by UPI?

Yes. Residents pay through Razorpay using UPI, cards or net banking, in full or in part, and a receipt is emailed automatically. Cash, cheque and direct UPI or bank transfers can also be recorded by the committee or the resident, with a screenshot as proof.

Is our society’s data private?

Each society’s data is fully isolated — only your committee and your residents can see it. Access is role-based (Society Admin, Secretary, Treasurer, Security and more), residents see only their own flats, and every change is recorded in an activity log.

Is there a mobile app for residents?

Yes. Residents use the HousingMS Android app to pay maintenance, see their ledger, approve visitors at the gate, raise complaints, read notices and download NOCs. The committee can manage everything from the web on any device.

How long does it take to set up a society?
